RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
NON-REFUNDABLE CUSTOM ORDERS
At 3 Monkeys Sports & Apparel dba MKY Apparels, we specialize in
creating custom uniforms and apparel. Each order is produced exclusively
for the customer, team, or organization, making all sales final. We do not
accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. If you experience any
issues with your order, contact us immediately at info@mkyapparels.com,
and we will assess the situation to determine the best resolution.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All custom orders are final. By completing your payment, you
acknowledge and agree to our No Refunds and No Returns Policy.
PRODUCTION TIME
- Standard Production: 14-21 business days (from order confirmation to shipment).
- Express Production: 15-18 business days (additional fees apply).
Production will only begin when the following conditions are met:
- 1.The mockup, colors, and design have been finalized.
- 2.A 50% payment has been made.
- 3.The full roster has been provided.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in production delays.
CUSTOM SAMPLES
We highly recommend ordering a custom sample before placing a full
order. This allows verification of design, colors, and quality. Once an order
is confirmed without a sample, MKY Apparels is not responsible for
customer dissatisfaction.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once payment is received, production begins immediately. If an order is
canceled, the following fees apply to cover incurred costs (design,
materials, labor, etc.):
- Within 1-2 days: 15% of the total order.
- Within 3 days: 25% of the total order.
- Within 4 days: 35% of the total order.
- Within 5-7 days: 50% of the total order.
- After 8+ days: 100% of the total order.
WARRANTY AND ORDER ISSUES
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of
delivery. Submit clear photos of the issue to info@mkyapparels.com for
assessment.
- Replacements: Estimated processing time for replacements is 15 business days after issue confirmation.
- Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on all custom uniforms and apparel. If an item has manufacturing defects (e.g., tears, faulty stitching), we will replace it at no additional cost.
SIZING AND COLOR POLICY
- Customers must refer to our size charts
- Products are produced according to the listed size measurements, with an acceptable tolerance of +/-10%.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless a sample or sizing kit was purchased.
COLORS
- Colors are based on Pantone codes selected in the design.
- Due to fabric type and weight variations, colors may appear slightly different in the final product.
- Only obvious errors (e.g., navy blue instead of sky blue) are eligible for replacement or credit.
RUSH ORDER POLICY
- Minimum Rush Fee: $350 or 20% of the total order (whichever is higher).
- Rush Turnaround: 15 business days from order confirmation.
- If the order is not completed within the rush timeframe, the rush fee will be fully refunded.
ADD-ONS POLICY
- 25% additional charge for orders under 10 units (if the customer has previously ordered 10+ units).
- 40% additional charge for orders under 10 units (if the customer has not previously ordered 10+ units).
- Production Time for Add-Ons: 3-4 weeks.
